FEEDING DIRECTIONS: Nursing foals should have free-choice access to Foal Foundation™ from 1-2 weeks of age through 3 months of age. Target consumption is 1 pound per 100 pounds of body weight. After 3 months of age, transition foal to Essential K®, Alfa Essentials®, Growth or Alfa Growth® depending on energy requirements and the type of forage provided to the foal.
